DE LORENZO FORMAZIONE S.R.L. is established in 1993 for the design and management of national and European projects that are sponsored by the European Community and finalized to the research and development of human resources and to the support and innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises.

From 1993 to 1996 the company has realized several courses for public vocational schools on subjects that are related to management control, quality control, technological innovation, production planning, company management, administration.

In 1996 and 1997 the company has realized courses for the personnel and the managers of Small and Medium Enterprises on innovation in management, marketing and production.

Since 1996 the company has realized several projects for: the promotion of women entrepreneurs; the creation of entrepreneurs and managers with stages in foreign countries; the realization of CD-ROMs related to company management strategies; training, selection, consultancy and monitoring of unemployed people to lead them to self-employment; orientation/selection and technical assistance for the preparation of business plans; tutoring for new companies started by unemployed young people; training of personnel for Small and Medium Enterprises.

Today, DE LORENZO FORMAZIONE S.R.L. operates both as a promoter and holder of projects as well as a supplier of services for the preparation, the design and the realization of activities for third parties.
Moreover, the company co-operates as a supplier of services that are related to the implementation, the supply and the evaluation of training and consulting activities and it is partner of various European organizations, such as, for example:

Ø Gwent Tertiary College, Wales;
Ø John Weathley College, Scotland;
Ø Berufsfortbuildungswerk, Germany;
Ø Arbeit und Leben, Germany;
Ø CEMEA, France;
Ø Union of Local Authorities of DRAMA, Greece.
