In this experiment we want to show how to carry out a cabling of a 2 floor building with fiber optic backbone.
The first and last floor represented in the module TC74-MC are used.
In the building star point a Switch is used.
In the floor distributors N.2 HUB's are used.
N.2 media converters are used to connect the 2 floors through fiber optics.
   
  N.2 PC with network Card Ethernet 10/100Mb and connector for 10base-T
  TCP-IP protocol installed on both PC's
  (Installation of the TCP/IP protocol)

   EXPERIMENT

Operation check of the cabling with fiber optic backbone.

Set the computer PC1 to operate as a server with:
LocalAddress = PC1
LocalPort = 1000
Push the Listen button.
   
Set the computer PC2 to operate as a PC1 client with:
RemoteAddress = PC1
RemotePort = 1000
Push the Connect button.
When the button 'Connect' is pushed PC2 connects to the server PC1.
If the program doesn't show error messages the connection is right and the networks is operating
   
Send a file from the computer Client PC2 to the server PC1. Check the right data transmission.
