DL AM15 : Diesel Engine Management System

This Training Software, dedicated to the electronic injection in the Diesel engines, is structured as follows:

Lesson 1 The Diesel engine S1501E
Lesson 2 Auxiliary systems for the starting of the Diesel engine S1502E
Lesson 3 The measurement of the fuel in the Diesel engine S1503E
Lesson 4 The electronic regulation of the in line injection pump S1504E
Lesson 5 Composition and analysis of the exhaust gas in the Diesel engine S1505E

 

The Simulator Panel Mod. AM15 has been purposely designed and realized to allow for a complete and easy learning of the techniques used in the electronic injection systems of the Diesel engines.
In particular, the Simulator Panel Mod. AM15 reproduces a turbo-diesel injection system with electronically controlled in line injection pump for heavy vehicles (lorries, buses, agricultural machines, . . .).

It can be used by the Teacher for the explanation to the students.
Its dimensions and the completeness of the synoptical panel make it an efficient tool for teaching.

It can be used by students for individual or group studying.
The software and the documentation guide the student to the study and the performance of the simulation exercises.
Furthermore, the Teacher can insert faults in the system and ask the student to perform "Fault Finding" exercises, particularly important for the training of maintenance technicians.
