Voltage  Reference   Generator

DL 2614

Module DL 2614 allows the realization of a voltmetric reference signal through a potentiometer mounted on the same panel or by transferring an external reference signal.
Moreover, there is the possibility to generate voltmetric step reference signals.

Technical features

Power supply: +15 V ; 0 V ; -15 V
Range of the continuous regulation reference signal:
from - 10 V to + 10 V
from 0 to + 10 V
Range of the step reference signal:
from - 10 V to + 10 V
from 0 to + 10 V

Description

1. Switch for selecting between internal potentiometric reference signal and external reference signal
2. Switch for selecting between the 0 / ±10 V range and the  0 / +10 V range
3. Potentiometer
4. Terminal for the output reference signal
5. Terminal for the external input reference signal
6. Terminal at 0 V

Operation

A With switch 1 in position INT and switch 2 in position 0 / ±10 V, terminal 4 provides voltage in the above mentioned range as a function of the position of potentiometer 3.
B With switch 1 in position INT and switch 2 in position 0 / +10 V, terminal 4 provides voltage in the above mentioned range as a function of the position of potentiometer 3.
C With switch 1 in position EXT, terminal 4 provides the external reference signal input to terminal 5.
D With terminal 6 connected to terminal 5 and switch 2 in position 0 / ±10 V, switching switch 1 from position EXT to position INT, terminal 4 provides steps of negative or positive voltage as a function of the position of potentiometer 3.
E With terminal 6 connected to terminal 5 and switch 2 in position 0 / +10 V, switching switch 1 from position EXT to position INT, terminal 4 provides steps of positive voltage as a function of the position of potentiometer 3.
